Scheduling An Appointment

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

* All Services are by appointment only. 
* You must create an account with Vagaro to book an appointment. To easily book & manage your appointments and profile, Download the Vagaro app!
* A 35% non-refundable deposit is REQUIRE
D for all bookings. 
* When booking, choose the REQUEST option & await approval for your appointment. 

* Selecting ADD TO CART indicates you would like to purchase services to book at a later date. 

BOOKING WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE OR PACKAGE:


*Gift Certificates and package purchases are automatically linked to the account or email associated with your Vagaro account.

When booking with a gift certificate or pre-purchased package, follow these steps:

  1. Select your desired appointment.

  2. During the booking process, you'll be prompted to pay a deposit. Don't worry; this won't charge your card.

  3. After completing the booking steps, your purchased gift certificate or pre-purchased package will automatically apply to the appointment.

  4. Rest assured, the deposit is simply a part of the booking process and won't be charged to your card.


BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT FOR SOMEONE ELSE?:
 

If you're booking an appointment on behalf of someone else, please ensure that you follow these important instructions to streamline the process and provide the best service:

  1. Booking in the Service Recipient's Name: Please make sure to book the appointment under the service recipient's name. This ensures accurate record-keeping and a seamless experience for the person receiving the service.

  2. Linking the Person to Your Account: For added convenience, we recommend linking the service recipient to your account. By doing so, you'll be able to easily manage and book appointments on their behalf in the future. To link an individual to your account, follow these simple steps:

    • Log in to your account on the website www.vagaro.com

    • Navigate to the profile section.

    • Look for the option to "Friends and Family"

    • Provide the necessary information for the service recipient.

  3. Double-Check Information: Before finalizing the appointment, double-check all details, including the service, date, and time. This ensures that there are no misunderstandings, and the service recipient receives the intended service.
