PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1-3 business days processing time for your order to ship or be prepared for pickup.

We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up.  Our pickup hours do vary from our service hours, before heading to our office, please text 860-935-8464 to coordinate a time that we can best assist you with obtaining your purchase.

 

 

Depending on the weight of purchase a flat rate shipping and handling cost will be applied to orders ranging from $9.50-$11.50.  We do not ship outside of the United States currently.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers to local carriers, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, or other charges once the order has been shipped.

Orders subtotaling $100 or more ship free!

 

 

 

 

 

Returns are allowed within 30 days on all unopened products if still in original packaging and not used. Return shipping will be at purchaser’s expense. Refunds will be issued back to method of payment upon receipt of merchandise, funds may take 3-5 business days to appear.

Please contact us, if you feel that you need an exchange on used skincare products; these requests will be handled on a case-to-case basis.
